Welcome to the exciting world of competitive girls gymnastics. We participate in the Junior Olympic Program of the USA Gymnastics Association. Our program strives to give gymnasts the opportunity to develop self-image, physical and mental strength, and learn to set goals. Gymnastics is an individual sport, yet at Gymnastics Beat, our gymnasts experience a sense of team pride and accomplishment. We train level 4-6 gymnasts.

Meet the Coaches:
The Team is comprised of two head coaches, Helena Guzman and Melissa Persons and are Safety Certified through USA Gymnastic. Joining them is Leah Kindig and Sarah Allen who assist and give their expertise.

Team Schedule
Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-8:00 pm
Friday 4:30-7:30 pm
