Recreational Classes
We offer a diverse recreational program that includes Girls gymnastics, Junior Beats Tumbling, Ninja Zone, Open Gym, and Adult Gymnastics. Join us and discover the joy of gymnastics in a positive and inclusive community.

Girls Gymnastics
Teaches tumbling, trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, and vaulting. Strength, agility, grace, and flexibility are all gained by training.

Tumbling
Tumbling class is for all ages and for those who want to focus on tumbling and trampoline. Great for beginners through advanced students whether they are gymnastic tumblers or cheerleaders.

Ninja Zone
These classes combines gymnastics, martial arts, and obstacle courses where children learn flips, jumps, kicks, and more. This program is based on important values and character-building techniques.

Adult Gymnastics
We offer both semi-structured group sessions and individual training. All skill levels are welcome as we focus on strengthening and increasing flexibility through fundamental gymnastic exercises. With personalized attention and expert guidance, you'll make remarkable progress in a supportive and empowering environment

Open Gym
Open gym program designed specifically for children. We provide a flexible schedule with numerous time and diverse days, ensuring that kids have the freedom to embark on their gymnastic adventure at their own pace. Through open gym, children not only build self-confidence but also witness remarkable improvements in their physical abilities and motor skills, fostering a sense of accomplishment and joy in their journey of exploration and growth.
